Terms of Service | Framemosaic

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Framemosaic("we," "us," or "our") for design, development, or marketing consultation services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided by Framemosaic, including web design, front-end development, digital marketing consultation, and any related creative services.

2. Services

Framemosaic provides professional services including but not limited to: web design, banner design, landing page design, UI/UX design, website redesign, email template design, front-end development, website deployment, and digital marketing consultation. The specific scope of services for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.

3. Project Process

Each project follows our established design process: Discovery, Research, Design, Refinement, and Delivery. The Client is expected to provide timely feedback and necessary materials (brand assets, content, reference materials) to keep the project on schedule.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established per project and outlined in the project quote. Standard terms include a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final design files. All prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon at the project outset.

5. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope of work. Revisions that fall outside the original project scope (such as changes in direction, additional pages, or new features) may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership rights to the final delivered designs. Framemosaic retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused design concepts and preliminary sketches remain the property of Framemosaic.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials for the project. The Client warrants that any materials provided (logos, images, text) do not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, unreleased product information, and trade secrets.

9. Limitation of Liability

Framemosaic's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
