At Framemosaic, client satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality design work that meets your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any design work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation During Design Phase

If you cancel your project while design work is in progress, refunds are determined based on the stage of completion:

  • Discovery/Research Phase (0-25% complete): 75% refund of total project cost
  • Concept Design Phase (25-50% complete): 50% refund of total project cost
  • Refinement Phase (50-75% complete): 25% refund of total project cost
  • Final Delivery Phase (75-100% complete): No refund available

4. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. If you are not satisfied with the design direction, we will work with you to revise and adjust until you are happy. If, after reasonable revision attempts, we are unable to meet your expectations, we will discuss a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@framemosaic.com with your project details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed and delivered projects that have been approved
  • Rush delivery fees
  • Third-party costs (stock images, fonts, licenses)
